access · what to check
What does “access” actually check?
Streaming access usually means a platform accepts your current network exit and allows you to view content licensed for the corresponding region. There are several separate checks: site connectivity, account eligibility, regional detection and video playback. Passing one doesn’t guarantee the next: the site may load but reject your login; your account may work but the title may be missing; and seeing a title in search results doesn’t mean you’re authorized to play it.
Catalogs are determined by licensing. The same title may have different release dates, audio tracks and subtitles in different regions—or may only have a trailer. Your network exit can affect how a platform identifies your connection, but it can’t replace a streaming subscription or add content rights to your account. If the catalog doesn’t change after switching routes, first check whether the title is available in that region instead of cycling through every server.
VPNYG covers 120+ countries with 220+ routes. That describes network coverage; it doesn’t mean every route works with every streaming service. Platforms can change how they detect proxies, determine account regions and enforce household rules. A route that works today isn’t guaranteed to keep working. Follow local laws and platform terms, and check the current panel information and actual playback results.

How to check platforms, regions & routes
Here’s how to check popular streaming platforms without presenting unconfirmed regions as supported. Current public information doesn’t include a verified, platform-by-platform and region-by-region access list, so every support status below is marked as unverified. Suggested routes are selection criteria, not promises about what a specific route can do. If the panel doesn’t show a matching label, test the route before drawing conclusions.
| Platform | Region Check | Support Status | Suggested Route |
|---|---|---|---|
| Netflix | Check the target catalog and account travel rules | Unverified; confirm with actual playback | A route matching the target catalog region in the route list |
| Disney+ | Check local service availability and account benefits | Unverified; confirm with actual playback | A route matching the service region in the route list |
| HBO Max | Check the local brand’s service and eligible membership regions | Unverified; confirm with actual playback | A regional route matching an active local service |
| Hulu | Check service availability and account eligibility in the relevant region | Unverified; confirm with actual playback | A route matching the region where you use the service |
| YouTube Premium | Check video licensing and membership region rules separately | Unverified; check membership benefits separately | A route matching the region where you’re currently watching |
| Prime Video | Check the account’s store region and movie purchase rights | Unverified; confirm with actual playback | A route matching the region where the account’s content is available |
| BBC iPlayer | Check UK region requirements and platform eligibility | Unverified; no regional availability is guaranteed | First check whether the route list includes a route for the relevant region |
Keep test conditions as consistent as possible. Pause playback, close the platform app, connect to a route in the target region, then reopen the app. Browsers and standalone apps may use different caches and network paths. If results differ, record them separately rather than assuming one result applies to every device. Some platforms also consider account history, device location or payment region, so a matching network region is only one factor.
ip · exit address
Native IPs vs. residential IPs
Native IP: usually describes regional identity
“Native” doesn’t have a consistent definition across providers. It usually describes the relationship between an address’s registration, how its location is identified and where it’s actually used. An address geolocated to the target region isn’t necessarily residential, and that alone doesn’t prove a streaming platform will accept it.
Residential IP: usually describes network origin
A residential IP generally refers to an address associated with a home broadband network, rather than a data center. Residential doesn’t mean dedicated, nor does it guarantee regional authorization. Platforms may also consider address reputation, account status and usage patterns, so the label alone can’t predict playback access.
These terms describe different attributes, not a simple ranking. An address may be correctly identified as being in a region while still belonging to a data center network. A residential address may also face platform restrictions because it’s shared or its reputation has changed. When choosing a route, check the labels shown in the panel, then test playback on the target platform. Don’t treat “native” or “residential” as a universal access guarantee.
VPNYG’s published information doesn’t promise native, residential, dedicated or static IP addresses, so this page doesn’t present them as included features. If you need a specific IP attribute, check current availability through a panel ticket. Keep region, route type and IP attributes distinct: a route name alone doesn’t tell you what kind of network the address belongs to.
quality · sustained throughput
4K and Dolby Vision playback requirements
4K streaming depends on sustained throughput, not occasional speed-test peaks. Video bitrates can change dynamically based on encoding, scene complexity and platform policies. A brief drop in network performance may lower picture quality or trigger buffering. A high speed-test result doesn’t mean an entire video will stay sharp, and lower latency doesn’t directly translate to higher picture quality.
This page doesn’t specify a universal minimum bandwidth. Requirements vary by platform, encoding and playback device, so check the platform’s current official playback requirements. First make sure your subscription tier includes the desired quality and that the title is available in that format. Then check the app or browser, display and connection against the platform’s requirements. Finally, assess whether the route can sustain enough throughput.
Dolby Vision is a video format, not a network setting. The platform must offer the title in that format, and both the playback device and display must support it. Even if the route can sustain video playback, an incompatible device or app may fall back to another format. Different picture quality in a computer browser and a TV app doesn’t necessarily point to a route issue; check format support on the playback device first.
To troubleshoot buffering, lower the picture quality and see whether playback becomes smooth. Then pause other data-heavy tasks on devices using the same account. If low quality works but higher quality keeps buffering, compare other available routes in the same region. Avoid switching regions repeatedly during playback: it adds variables such as regional re-detection, session refreshes and reconnections, making the issue harder to isolate.
diagnose · follow the prompts
Common Error Messages and What to Try
Error messages can vary by app version, device and region, even on the same platform. Keep the full error code and exact message, then check the platform’s help center. This guide covers common error categories and what to try; it doesn’t list unverified code mappings or assume every error is caused by a route. For clear account or payment messages, resolve the issue with the platform first.
Proxy or network exit restrictions
A message saying a proxy was detected, the network isn’t supported or the proxy must be disabled means the current network exit didn’t pass the platform’s checks. Stop playback and close the app. Confirm the client is connected, then try another route in the same region. If the message persists, note the route and platform and submit a ticket. Don’t keep changing your account region.
Region unavailable or title missing
First check whether the platform serves the target region, then confirm the specific title is in that region’s catalog. Reopen the app to refresh the session and check the account’s regional rules. If the route is in the right region but the title isn’t licensed there, switching to another route in the same region usually won’t add access to it.
Connection failure, timeout or buffering
First check whether regular websites load, then check the client status and subscription validity. Close other proxy tools to avoid conflicting network paths. If only one platform fails, compare its browser and app performance. If everything fails, troubleshoot the network connection instead of assuming the catalog is restricted.
Device, picture quality or household eligibility message
Check your membership benefits, playback device compatibility and the platform’s household rules. VPNYG’s no-device-limit policy applies to devices using this service; it doesn’t change a streaming platform’s own device or sharing limits. Check the platform’s account guidance for these messages.
When reporting an issue, include the platform, title, client, operating system, route name and full message. Say whether the page won’t open, playback won’t start or buffering begins during playback. Hide account details in screenshots, and don’t send passwords or subscription links. Explaining exactly where the issue occurs makes it easier to identify what to check next than simply saying “it doesn’t work.”
Keep the troubleshooting order simple: check account eligibility, then regional licensing, client connection and finally other routes. Change one thing at a time and note the result. For help, open a panel ticket. Contact the relevant streaming platform about account or content licensing issues.
ledger · streaming data use
Choose a plan based on usage and data needs
VPNYG monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. If you watch regularly and use the network for other tasks, track total account usage—not just streaming—and don’t mistake unlimited devices for unlimited data.
Data add-ons cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. Whether an add-on makes sense depends on how often you use data, how much you use and whether you need a monthly reset. Don’t treat an add-on price as a monthly fee or estimate viewing hours without actual usage data.
This service supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. After logging in, get the client and subscription details from the panel. iOS download eligibility depends on the panel instructions. Streaming platform membership benefits and device requirements are set by each platform. Create a VPNYG account with a username and password; no email address is required. Payment methods: Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. A 14-day refund policy applies; see the full terms in the Terms of Service.
Check routes, then compare prices
Regional coverage isn’t a list of supported streaming platforms. Check current route details, then choose a monthly plan or data add-on based on your account’s actual usage.
