This policy applies to the VPNYG marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what data is needed to operate the services, why it is used, and how it is handled. Account and order data are distinct from network activity logs; each is addressed below.
Account Data and Order Records
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNYG uses account credentials to verify identity, maintain login sessions, and deliver subscriptions. An email address is not a prerequisite for using the service. Keep your credentials secure, and do not include your password or full subscription URL when submitting a support request.
Your selected plan, order amount, payment status, data balance, and related processing records are used to activate the service, verify billing, renew subscriptions, and process refunds. Text and attachments you submit in a support ticket are used to address that issue. If you choose to provide information such as an email address, it is used only for the matter concerned. Remove personal information unrelated to the issue from screenshots.
No-Logs Policy and Usage Billing
VPNYG follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or store browsing content, DNS query history, or connection logs that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Connection logs are not kept as account history, and no account-linked record of browsing activity is created.
To calculate the remaining data on a plan, the service processes cumulative usage and data-reset information at the account level. These billing records do not include browsing destinations or transmitted content and are not used to infer browsing habits. Support troubleshooting relies on error messages, client details, and necessary diagnostic information that users choose to provide; browsing history is not requested.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, entry-point clicks, and feature usage so we can identify page issues and improve our explanations. Analytics are limited to interactions with the website and user panel. They do not extend to website activity during a subscription connection, and account passwords or subscription credentials are not sent as analytics events.
Cookies, if used to identify a session, are limited to that purpose. Local storage is used to save login tokens, language preferences, and page selections. Your browser may retain this data until you log out, it expires, or you clear it manually. Clearing site data may log you out and reset your preferences. Log out after using a shared device. Restricting storage may affect login and preference saving.
Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third party processes payments, and information needed to complete a transaction is subject to that provider's rules and privacy policy. VPNYG uses order identifiers, amounts, and payment results to verify service activation. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords through support tickets.
Data is processed only to the extent necessary to deliver the service, verify transactions, respond to user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. If information must be shared with a service provider involved in processing, the fields and purposes are limited. Browsing content and activity history are not provided.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide account services. Order and refund records are kept as required for service delivery, financial reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support ticket data should be deleted or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Analytics data is kept only for as long as needed for analysis, not indefinitely.
To access, correct, or delete your data, sign in to the user panel and submit a support request describing the account and scope of your request. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Closing an account may affect subscriptions and order lookups. Records that must be retained by law or are involved in an unresolved dispute cannot be deleted immediately; their use will be restricted and the reason for retention explained.
Policy Updates and Questions
This policy will be updated if data uses, service features, or applicable requirements change, and the month at the top of the page will be revised. Material changes affecting processing purposes or user rights will be announced on the website or user panel. If separate consent is required, this will be explained before the relevant processing begins.
If you have questions about this policy or data handling, submit a support ticket through the user panel. The Terms of Service describe service use and refund rules. This policy does not mean that no personal data is processed by any website, device, or payment provider.
